Bicurious

‘Bicurious’ is used to describe someone who is exploring or is curious about bisexuality.

While they may identify as heterosexual or homosexual, these individuals have an interest in or are open to engaging in sexual activity with both genders, although they may not necessarily identify as bisexual.

Bicuriosity can be a transient state for some, while for others, it might be a stepping stone towards identifying as bisexual, pansexual, or another non-monosexual orientation.

Etymology: The term 'bicurious' is a combination of 'bisexual', referring to sexual attraction to both men and women, and 'curious', suggesting an openness to explore such attractions.

Related Terms: 'Heteroflexible' and 'homoflexible' are two terms that are similar to bicurious. Heteroflexible refers to individuals who primarily identify as heterosexual but are open to homosexual experiences, and vice versa for homoflexible.
