The benefits of therapy via telehealth

Recently, the Progressive Therapeutic Collective moved all individual counselling and relationship counselling to online telehealth.

We made this transition because our commercial rent was no longer affordable and we wanted to maintain our commitment to providing low-cost therapeutic services.

We’ve been providing online telehealth counselling since the start of the COVIC pandemic, so we are used to this form of communication. We have been working with client all over Australia since 2020 and have loved the experience.

We’ve had a lot of success moving online, with no complaints from clients. However, as with all things in life - there are the blips - particularly if the internet drops out or there’s a power outage. But overall, the experience has been positive so far.
