What to Expect:

This group is all about sharing, supporting, and community building, rather than therapy. It’s a space for people experiencing perimenopause and menopause to connect, share their stories, and learn from each other. We aim to empower participants, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster a sense of belonging.

Who Can Join:

This group welcomes anyone going through perimenopause or menopause, whether you're a current or past client, or someone new to our community. No formal diagnosis is required, as we support and validate self-identified experiences.

People of all genders are welcome to attend. At PTC, we love and respect all genders, so if this is going to be an issue for you, this isn’t the space for you.

How to Participate:

Space is limited, so interested participants are encouraged to sign up early. Our small setting ensures that everyone can share and engage in a respectful environment.

Not enough participants:

If we don’t get enough participants (minimum of 3), everyone will be given a full refund.

Queer & Gender Diverse Community:

As a proud queer-owned and gender diverse practice, we invite everyone who is respectful, inclusive, and compassionate to join us. Let's unite to share our journeys, gain insights, and build a supportive network together.

Join us in this unique opportunity to explore the collective wisdom and strength found in our shared experiences.
