Our groups & workshops
Welcome to our groups & workshops
In 2024, we are introducing more online groups and workshops.
The aim of this is to make therapeutic support more affordable, accessible and communal.
It’s important to note that our groups are not ‘group therapy’. Instead, they are about sharing the collective wisdom and experience of lived experience.
Whilst our Senior Counsellor and Social Worker, Sarah is facilitating all groups, we want these groups to be community-led, not clinically led.
We are hopeful this resonates with the communities in which we work. Over the coming weeks and months, we will add more groups and workshops as they come online.
Please refer to our instagram page (instagram.com/progressive_therapeutic_) and this page for our updates.
