Corset Training

Corset training, often referred to as waist training, is the practice of wearing a tightly-laced corset to achieve a smaller and more defined waist over time. The corset, which is a structured garment made of strong fabric and often reinforced with bones, exerts pressure on the torso, gradually molding the ribcage and rearranging internal organs to create an hourglass silhouette.

This practice has historical roots, with corsets being a popular fashion garment in various periods, particularly during the Victorian era. In recent times, corset training has seen a resurgence in popularity both for aesthetic reasons and within certain subcultures, such as the BDSM community, where it can have added elements of bondage or body modification.

Within the BDSM community, corset training can be a form of bondage or body modification. The dominant partner may require the submissive to wear the corset, emphasizing control, restriction, and discipline. The sensation of being tightly laced can also be a form of sensory play.

It's important to note that corset training should be approached with caution. If done improperly or excessively, it can lead to health complications. Always consult with a professional or medical expert before engaging in prolonged corset training.
