Ass-to-mouth (ATM)

ATM, or Ass to Mouth, is a term used to describe the act of orally engaging with a penis, dildo, or other object that has just been withdrawn from the anus. In essence, it's the direct transition from anal sex to oral sex.

This act can carry significant health risks. The primary risk with ATM is the potential for bacterial transmission, including E. coli and other pathogens present in the rectum, to the mouth or throat, leading to infections.

For this reason, many sexual health professionals advise against this practice without the use of a new condom or thorough cleaning of the object or penis involved.

For example, a couple might incorporate ATM into their sexual activities by using a condom during anal sex and then changing to a new one before transitioning to oral sex, thus reducing the risk of bacterial transmission.
