Anal Training

Anal training is a gradual process of preparing the body, specifically the anus and the surrounding muscles, for comfortable and pleasurable anal penetration.

It involves the use of various tools and techniques to help the receiver become more accustomed to the sensation of anal stimulation.

The process typically starts with gentle external stimulation, such as rimming or massaging the area, before gradually introducing small, lubricated objects like fingers or specialized toys called anal plugs or dilators.

Over time, and with consistent practice, the receiver may work their way up to larger objects, increasing their comfort level and ability to accommodate different sizes and shapes.

Since the rectum can act like a vacuum and suck objects inside, a flared bottom, pull cord, or ring prevents a butt plug from getting lost the rectum.

Anal training requires patience, open communication, and trust between partners.

It is essential to prioritise safety and consent, ensuring that the receiver is in control and can communicate their boundaries and preferences.

Lubrication is crucial, as the anus does not self-lubricate, and using proper hygiene practices, such as cleaning toys and using barrier protection like condoms, helps minimize the risk of infection or injury.
