Progressive Therapeutic Collective (PTC) is steadfast in its commitment to being a gender-affirming mental health practice, recognising the profound importance of valuing gender-diversity.
In an era where transgender and non-binary rights are increasingly challenged, particularly by conservative groups, PTC stands firmly against discrimination and marginalisation.
The collective is acutely aware of the ongoing attacks on these rights, which often manifest in legislative efforts, social stigma, and institutional biases that can severely impact mental health.
We are a proudly gender-diverse mental health practice and we encourage you to join us in our campaigning and advocacy.
We encourage everyone in our community to contact the Western Australian Leader of the Opposition, Libby Mettam, to highlight the profound danger of the Liberal party’s policy relating to the call for a ban on transgender youth being able to access puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.
