A note about fees
From 1 November 2026, my fees are changing for the first time since 2023:
Individual therapy (standard): $155 → $165
Individual therapy (financial discount): $115 → $120
Relationship therapy: $230 → $250
Clinical supervision: $190 → $200
Even at the new rates, my fees sit well below the AASW's suggested benchmark for private practice.
That's a choice. Keeping therapy as accessible as I reasonably can matters to me, and it isn't changing.
